Firstly, thank you for visiting my website, and taking an interest in what I truly believe to be the best form of exercise ever created. I love how Pilates doesn't discriminate, and instead allows any body to benefit from this style of movement which protects, lengthens and strengthens.

I fell in love with Pilates 10+ years ago, and have been practising regularly ever since. From working in the corporate world, I felt the effects of being desk-bound all day, yet it was my Pilates practice that enabled me to correct my poor posture.

Pilates also somewhat saved me after suffering with chronic back pain due to disc herniations and other lumbar pathologies. It was this revelation that gave me the push to embark in taking my Pilates teacher training, leave the corporate world, and to help others benefit from my teaching.

I love teaching all bodies, and of course get an ultimate sense of satisfaction when helping those with similar back constraints to feel better in their bodies. Pregnancy is also another favourite area, as I can testify to the benefits of pre and post natal Pilates training.

Originally from London, UK, I have lived in Australia, Singapore and now Luxembourg where I reside with my husband, two children, and our pup.
